The story
15+ Years in the Trenches
I've worked in IT and networking for more than 15 years across help desk, infrastructure, public sector, and enterprise environments. I've dealt with unclear diagrams, broken assumptions, weird tickets, and documentation that was wrong before the ticket even opened.
At some point I noticed a lot of people in IT, even experienced people, were struggling with concepts that are not that hard once someone explains them like a normal person. The technology is not always the problem. The teaching usually is.
Most networking education goes one of two ways: here's the RFC, good luck, or here's the polished product walkthrough. Neither one is enough by itself.
So I started making content. Short, direct explanations of networking concepts, security mistakes, Wi-Fi problems, and IT career lessons from someone who still deals with this stuff every day.
